Trespassing on Club Property
As more houses are built in the area surrounding the club, we have been experiencing a growing problem of people riding ATV's, Motorcycles, Mountain Bikes, and Horses on the property. We have had the clubhouse broken into and there have been multiple attempts to break into the barn.
It was decided at the April 9, 2007 meeting that ANYONE caught trespassing on club property is to be charged accordingly.
What we are asking of the membership is simple, if you are at the club and observe someone on the property that does not belong there, please contact the Pennsylvania State Police via 9-1-1 and let them handle the trespassers. The State Police are aware of all our past problems and will charge the individuals they catch.
We understand that it is not going to be easy to stop this, but all we can do is keep contacting the State Police and hope they get there in time to catch them. Everyone's assistance is needed to help put a stop to the blatant disregard and destruction of the property.
