Mark shot this buck at 8:15 AM Saturday, Nov. 5th,
2005 in the Delaware State Forest, Pike County, PA (public hunting
land). He used his PSE bow (no sights), Steel Force broadheads and
XX75 Easton arrows. The shot was about 20 yards from his Summit
Climbing treestand (about12-15 feet up the tree). His uncle Brad and
dad Ron, were along for the trip and helped him field dress and drag the
buck out of the woods. The deer was first hit in the spine, then
finished with a second arrow less than one and one half inches from the
first. It dropped on the spot.
P.S. This is Marks first deer! Great Start to a long
